In-house and external events teams are often swamped with tactical and operational coordination. Many times, they have a tremendous local capacity but may miss the mark on addressing a broader audience seeking a more nuanced, elaborated experience. Equally, they may not be specialized in luxury markets or have experience serving the luxury consumer.  They may have great ideas but perhaps lack the corporate insights and acumen needed to balance competing KPIs, and the need to extend solutions accross various events; keeping costs low but maximising the unique impact of the experience.
